#4 Not many AR-15 style rifles are imported. H&K, but they are high-end, not something a criminal would use unless it was stolen anyway. Most of the imported ones are AK platform and since the Ukraine situation sanctions have shifted most of that to US sourced product.

Not that I'd expect someone like Harris to know anything about that.

#6 I doubt she will emerge as the candidate to take on Trump. There is even a slimmer chance she will become POTUS. She will tick-off a large number of law-abiding citizens if she should start using an EO to get heavy handed with gun dictates. She would be asking for a lot of trouble. The 2nd Amend. is the fine line between tyranny and freedom. Besides she seems to have the likeabilty of HRC.
