#5 Kerry said that most of the substances banned in the Montreal Protocol have increased the use of HFCs and claimed that the coolant was thousands of times more potent than CO2.

Unintended consequences? Wasn't it CFCs that were banned to protect the ozone? And the ban apparently did. And the HFCs that replaced the CFCs were much more costly. Now they are bad?

And now that I think about it, with this particular sliced and diced section of 'facts' the people in New England get to have their heat in the winter but the Southerners are just Class Enemies Destroying The Earth.
