#1 According to Wikipedia Russia has 24 operational Glonass Satellites.
A single Starship mission (when operational sometime next year) should be able to open it's maw and capture all 24, bring them back to the Earth and turn them over to the NRO for modification and reorbit...
It would be turnabout fair play!

#4 The Russians are jamming from Latakia where they have Hmeimen air base. The jihadis have been sending suicide drones to Hmeimen. Nothing about supporting Iran or messing with US aircraft.

#5 "ground-based GPS systems are unaffected"
The ground based receivers are below the radio horizon and aren't 'hearing' the jamming. The ones in the air are getting blotted out by the louder signal.
