Under the Espionage Act by leaking and illegally obtaining classified information regarding Nation Security is a violation.

Additional Facts:
* He was already taking classified information home only a few weeks into a job at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency back in 2014.

* The information collected was not in his assigned area or related to his job. Spy charges could have been applied.

* He was already hooking up with the media and various Anti-USA / Anti-War activists seeking to stop all use of drones.

* While being Anti-War as early as 2012, he still took a job as a defense contractor in 2014 which supported the Sandlands and Affie War efforts.

* In 2014 he printed out classified documents and shared several with Jeremy Scahill, a reporter for the Intercept. Note: Jeremy Scahill is known for having written a number of Anti-War effort articles. Like the Hit piece Blackwater (X-SFOD-D) operators and their missions.

* Hale's house was search in 2014 but the was not charged until 2019????

* No reporter, journalist or media person/group has been charged for receiving and publishing Hales National Security Classified information.

Note: However, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange remains the DOJ's only media person charged for leaking / publishing on or about 3-16-2016, 30,000+/- emails & email attachments to and from Hillary Clinton's private illegal email server while Obama's Secretary of State.

It would put an end to all these leaks. It would also not be a war crime, which supposedly America are the good guys.

Regarding the innocent Civilian lives....

Ask the Islamic Terrorists why they held meetings, gatherings, and planned suicide operations in the area of families, civilians and etc.

Ask the Islamic Terrorists why they repeatedly strapping on bomb vests of children to murdered Innocents in a totally NON-Military area (eg. Open Air Food market) to kill 100's and forever crippling even more to FORCE others to adopt their way of thinking?

Ask the Islamic Terrorists why its acceptable to murder a person(s) because they pray to the same GOD in a different manner or don't accept their 200 to 1400 AD practices?

Ask the Islamic Terrorists why its OK to make captured married/widowed women sex slaves?

Ask the Islamic Terrorists why its OK to take
per-puberty girls as partners?

Ask the Islamic Terrorists why its OK to murder all Homosexuals?

Then IF You are still alive.
Ask me if collateral damage is worth saving 10 or 100 fold more lives?
