#4 The American public, having received legal training by watching Judges Wapner, Judy, Joe Brown, Greg Mathis, Hatchett, etc. will not have a clue what the lawsuit is about (Constitution Article 2) nor why it is important.

The Libs and their complicit press will turn any attempt of an actual suit into a "look how much they hate Obama" sideshow.

#11 ANyhoo, this may simply be turned back at Congress with the words "power of the purse", and the directive fro Congress not to fund it if they don't like it.

Not my desired outcome - I'd rather see the courts strike down all these "executive order" types of law making, be it form Bush, or Obama. The Imperial Presidency is a threat to the essential structure and liberty of this nation, and will eventually destroy it.
