#1 Huge surprise. Why would companies go offshore to avoid additional taxation, unionization, and regulation? Makes no sense to me.

#2 If there was zero taxation, unionization or regulation the execs would still offshore when they can pay their third world labor 1/4 to 1/10 domestic pay rates and import their goods and services with minimal or no tariffs. That is, until the domestic economy collapses and the money runs out.

#5 Well BP, the US economy is barreling to NorK levels. The "Progressives" are chortling about great project to De-develop the American economy.

Uncle Sucker's workers are not competing with the worker in the next town or state, but directly competing with China's, India's or Vietnam's. Or if they are luck Japan or German. None of them play by America's (or Britain's) rules.

If that were true, then the unions wouldn't be pushing carding. The reality is that they have and are competing with their cousins in other states.
