#6 I don't care. I don't think convicted felons should be prevented from owning guns. The Second Amendment doesn't exclude felons. Neither does the Fourth Amendment or the First Amendment, which we recognize automatically. The death penalty should be more common and permanent, unconstitutional penalties and lists of people made for after prison release should not exist.

#7 ...as an originalist, back when the 2d Amendment was added, felons were hung. There was no warehousing of people for years. The dead had no use for 'arms'. Then again, the dead have continued to vote for years. 1. quit trying to make every infraction a felony. 2. treat felons as 'dead' people.
