#1 Pardon me, But... Arab tribesmen in that region are extremely mercenary and switched sides as long as someone pays them. ISIS yesterday, SAA today, Iraqi militia tomorrow, and maybe ISIS the day after. Started back when the Babylonians and the Egyptians were feuding and continues to today.
