#2 I don't know about the drunk part, but I wouldn't be surprised. The meat of this is the threat to the pocketbook of Google, et al. And what's this? "Authorities" doing the flagging of content? That's a flaw, they will get bought. Or is that a feature?

On the other hand, as much as I despise the EC, I am in favor of anything that injures GoogleFacebookTwitter, even for a short time. Drag their managing staff to the International Criminal Court when they don't knuckle under. Bolton won't like that, but I can see the bounty hunters lining up. Progressive World Gov. vs. Progressive Oligarchs. Cheering for both sides to lose big.

In my dreams anyway.

#3 The capricious nature of our lords and ladies taxing policies. Don't mistake it for anything less. It's the Willy Sutton approach to revenue. Sort of fueled more than one major rebellion in the history books. Long past to tell the EU, if they are such big boys, to defend themselves and build their own net.
