#1 At some point the Feds are likely to come out in opposition to Operation Lone Star. From a State's rights aspect, this could get very interesting.

#2 These days, I like to see it like a book of matches. The federal gov is the striker strip and the states are the matches. Yes, the striker is still there if all the matches are burned, but then it's useless.

#3 It should be declared as a foreign invasion by the state and the admission that it is an act of war. Texas should close it's entire southern border and fortify it until such time as the invaders are repelled.
