#4 ..yes. Understand Jefferson's admonition - power is derived from the consent of the governed. The people do not consent to Big Brother. Law enforcement exists to serve the people. The people do not exist to serve law enforcement. Prisons, which are the ultimate example of a police state, are still plagued by murder, assault, and rape for all the control of those running it.
