The important and difference between the US Military and actively aggressive militaries, is we do care and the US Military will go the extra effort trying to avoid it.

Otherwise, the 9-11 leaders, like OBL, would have been taken out years quicker.

#3 P2K, if I ever heard a Frenchman complaining about French civilians killed in 42-44, I would ask them if they would prefer living under Nazi rule.
Also, how many civilians did the Germans deliberately kill?
