#5 Reminds me of the bad old days during the Vietnam war when the US had a draft. The joke was that the draft physical was just a TPR physical:
Temperature - above room temperature
Pulse - yes
Respiration - yes

If you got all of those "correct" - you were qualified.

#7 One of the Russian Duma deputies was filmed smuggling his kid out of the country to avoid the draft. He accompanied his kid to the airplane to make sure the border(?) police wouldn't give his kid mobilization papers.
