#7 The fact that Obama traded the Taliban's equivalent of Chief of Staff and Minister of Intelligence (Fazl and Wasiq) for this confessed criminal and deserter is stunning...and then holds the deserter up as a hero in the rose garden ceremony.

Fazl is a legitimate war criminal that ordered the killing of thousands...and was responsible for the murder of Mike Spann.

This is a failure of Bush as well - the military commissions should have convicted Fazl long ago.

#14 I can't believe he pleaded to misbehavior before the enemy. What a maroon. He has served 5 years as a pow and would have walked on time served by just pleading to desertion and making the court prove misbehavior. With the misbehavior charge, he will spend many more well deserved years in Leavenworth.

With respect to the comments on the U.S.S. Pueblo, we should scuttle her with the help of a couple dozen SDBs from an F-15E just off shore. She is our ship, U.S. territory, and we can use it for target practice whenever we like.
