Iran has not the money. The Saudis have it but floating Pakistan would mean intolerable sacrifices like harems without air conditionning.

#5 They had 10% growth there for a couple years, with an emergent business class that spent all their money on Rolexes and BMWs and Prada clothes. Should have diversified their portfolios I guess.

#7 No sympathy here. Pakistan's stock market at the peak went up 15X from Sept. 11, 2001 level. They've milked Uncle Sugar for all he's worth and he's running dry.
