I mentioned this yesterday somewhere. Expecting the legal system to provide any recourse to the abuse of office is naive at best.

The political/legal system is so corrupt from top to bottom that nothing will ever be done. See also the ACA "tax" decision in the USCt.

I doubt that the problems are fixable.
