#1 Black neighborhoods are important homes for blacks that must not be diversified.

Diversity is our strength and if a neighborhood is white it MUST have blacks transplanted into it.

#3 Backstory: The money being offered for these properties is enormous and most of the owners are gladly selling and escaping to outlying bedroom communities in the southern arc (south of I-20).

It's a 40 (+ or -) year old demographic trend that has recently been accelerated by an upturn in the economy.

#6 This happened a decade back in north Denver. It was a real shithole and a true ghetto. Some development projects started and the people sold their houses for tons and escaped to better areas.

The area now is pretty nice and modernized and most importantly... safe. For everyone.
