#1 Is the headline suggesting the labor shortages are related to the tariffs? No one would be dumb enough to believe that. Right? I mean, excepting Alexandria O-C.

#2 The last big hand-wringing over the economy as all about flat wages and people dropping out of the workforce. Now it's labor shortages and rising wages due to demand for workers. But that's OK, it's still a crisis, right?
