#3 DC voted 97% democrat. The people working in and running this nation are not representative of this nation. Our congress does not pass laws anymore. They pass resolutions to give agencies power to make up the laws. Laws made up of, 97%, democrats. Trump has to balance power in the agencies, call it draining the swamp or whatever, he has to do this and they know it.
