A few days ago, television viewers saw the prime minister commiserating with victims of the earthquake in Muzaffarabad. The PM was particularly affectionate to an orphaned child whom he lifted up in his arms and made small talk with to cheer him up. âWhatâs your name, beta?âthe solicitous PM asked. â[b]Osama[/b]â came the reply.
