#2 Glenmore - probably one of those, but it could have been just bad powder. While all artillery rounds are supposed to be the same, you get "overs" and "shorts" regularly, especially with rounds that haven't been properly stored and cared for. If you calculate one bad round in every 20, you're probably not too far off base. The US has the same problem, but because of better care of our artillery and its rounds, we get about one bad round in 50 or 60 shots.
