#1 What a glorious Russian achievement! It surely ranks with Borodino, Stalingrad, and the Destruction of Army Group Center. There should be a special medal for the participants, so that they can be easily identified at The Hague.

#2 Cutting the power certainly makes a mess of things. Not just no electricity, but no water and no district heat.

But it does shut down the railroads. No rail transport means no moving troops and materiel. The forces around Kherson could be better used elsewhere if the Ukrainians had a way to get them there.
