#5 Simplistic reporting. Who were the soldiers? Dinka or Nuer? The ethnic hatreds in South Sudan will never be overcome, and the state should be divided in thirds. West for Dinka, East for Nuer, and south for Equatorial tribes.

The tribes were all scattered before. It worked for a time, but unfortunately they continue to try to bunch up, multicultural 'urbination' (nuu werd), etc.
