#4 Back in the ancient times when I grew up, diseases didn't have civil rights. TB carriers were confined to sanitariums for the 'common good'. That was before 'common good' meant something other than ~~Hillaryism~~ Marxism.

AIDS, I've read several good arguments that millions died [mostly gays, but hemophiliacs and drug users too] when if strict Quarantines were enforced and stronger immigration controls were enacted in the early 80s then hundreds of thousands of deaths may have been prevented.
