#2 the al-Shami case was cited as an example of what critics say was the Obama White House’s troublesome tendency to mishandle some of the nation’s most delicate intelligence — especially regarding the Middle East — by leaking classified information in an attempt to sway public opinion on sensitive matters.

Is it really "mishandling" of intelligence if you intend it? IMHO, It would seem that it is something much darker.

#3 My view off the cuff but I think spot on. Aiding and abetting. Which should be, is treason.

An AG with balls and voluminous mountains of evidence at hand would have no trouble charging Obama Inc. It's almost insane what he got away with.
