#1 This is absolutely amazing. I can think of about 4 presidents who have promised to move the embassy to Jerusalem and all have failed. This should have been a top news story on dead tree and TV media, but I haven't heard anything about it. In a sense it formally recognizes Jerusalem as Israel's capital and sinks Arafat in a big way. OTOH not only a symbol, but now that embassy will be American soil. I think that Bush said "back off now and you get an embassy in Jerusalem." I wonder how long Mr. Baby-wipe will gloat before he realizes that Bush got him, again.
