#1 Shortcut seems to be the key to these issues. It is the norm for people of this mentality to get a quick phony paper doctored up, rather than have to fill out a form the right way and submit it truthfully, like the majority of Americans do. I guess that the only way to change behavior of our alien "guests" is to get their attention by nailing liars and deporting them home, thus sending a strong message to the others. Well, at least it is worth a try. Or maybe we should consult one of our celebrity Hollywood intellectuals first before we hassle these souls.
