#1 UPDATE: BERLIN - Metin Kaplan, the head of the illegal organization Islamic Association and Communities Union, the activities of which were banned in Germany, will be extradited to Turkey. Dusseldorf Supreme Court decided to extradite Kaplan on Tuesday. No statement has been made regarding when Kaplan will be extradited to Turkey.
Seems that this is the Muhammed Metin Kaplan mentioned as head of the Caliphate State organization. Is he going to be welcomed home with open arms or open prison cell?

#2 The northwestern city of Aachen ? What kind of map does your source read, Fred ? Bremen, that's a northwestern city. Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) is very much in the west of Germany (in fact, it sits on the Belgian-German border), but it's definitely not in the north.

#3 Hey, don't look at me! The AP and the Las Vegas Sun think it's there, who're we to differ? Last time I was there, I'da said it was in the west, but I guess it's maybe more north than south...

#4 It's physical location in Germany is shown as Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia. I guess that's why the AP called it northwest. I just looked at the map and I'd call it more west than north too.

#5 So the Hizbis say that they are "not extremist." Maybe it is there belief that democracy and liberty (supra the "injunctions of Islam") are anathema that causes the supposed confusion.

#6 The Hizbis are the publishers of khilafa.com. Rather to my surprise, there's nothing on this on their site.
