#1 Nice scam - but I am already supreme emperor of baghdad. This Al-zubaidi carpetbagger is a pretender to my throne, and I meet daily with Americans and discuss Iraqs' problems and solutions with them (on rantburg) and I promise a 5000% raise payable...uh...soon, yeah, that's the ticket. So apparently I have a better claim than he does, hmmm?

#4 I think I saw something on CNN while channel-flicking that said that al-Zubaidi was using money looted from one of the banks, but that the Americans were now preventing this.

No doubt more news will come out on this, but it looks to be a good story: rob a bank and become mayor of Baghdad.
