#1 Egypt aint gonna run the services in any case. What theyre fighting about is whats been at issues since early in 2003 - whether the services are placed under the control of the PA cabinet, particularly an independent Interior Minister under an independent PM, or whether they remain under the control of Arafat.

As long as Arafart is still in either the West Bank or Gaza and has a pulse, there is little chance of this happening. Not that it would necessarily mean much, but still...

#4 I read somewhere that he will probaby lose the leg. I think any outspoken critic of Arafat should be granted a free trip to the Cleveland Clinic for a complimentary fitting of one of Lt Dan's brand magic legs.
