#1 Everybody with a job gets sent to one of these "sensitivity" things every once in awhile. A feel good idea for some idiot bureaucrat and an easy day at the office for the troops. In one ear and out the other.

#2 I'm thinking this is a good thing: "Do I handcuff the right or left hand first?" "Did I push his turban down enough to clear the roof when putting him in the back of the patrol car?"

these questions require sensitivity

#3 hey, if CAIR is willing to let the FBI into their training organization then I think the FBI should definately take the opportunity. What would you really be risking? Two agents have their faces associated with the FBI, since they're not going to be undercover agents it doesn't matter. The FBI gets a bit of a better feel for the organization, gets to understand their public rhetoric a little better, and can pull the "CAIR" card later when questioned on what efforts they have made to understand the U.S. Muslim community.

CAIR probably figures they can be less scrutinized if they are more open and proactive about it.

It's a good strategy, regardless of their intentions. It would work out for them both ways.

#4 It's a sting operation. CAIR will be doing these all over the U.S., then one day they'll all get cuffed.

#5 It's technically not a sting if they know you're there.

#6 As foolish as it all seems on the surface, I'll be optimistic and file this as: KEEP YOUR FRIENDS CLOSE AND YOUR ENEMIES EVEN CLOSER
