But there's a catch, the 1st Amendment doesn't shield you from the consequences of your free speech - just says Congress shall make no law to inhibit free speech (I'm going from memory here).

So if this guy finds a British slug in his forehead, that's ok by me.

#8 Cryptome.org has gotten alot of heat over many of its postings. For instance satelite images of VP Chenys home, sensitive US facilities, and leaked classified documents. So far Young has been able to avoid paying lawsuits or jailtime. He may have crossed the line on this one. Either way it is a fascinating website.
