#1 I dunno. I saw film of people lining up hours for sparse supplies of food. If someone is stealing bread while starving, then that is foraging, a defense of necessity. If someone is stealing a MP3 player, that is looting.

Go the hell home, tourist. Stop shitting around the French Quarter. See that bridge off in the distance? It's the Crescent City Connection. You're in the Quarter, there's nothing but dry land between you and the only standing bridge out of the city. Take your frail and hoof it westwards. You're in the fucking way. The authorities can feed your thieving ass once you get it out of the city.

Terrorism is a growing problem but not the top priority. Crime is a growing problem but not the top priority. Illegal immigration is a growing problem but not the top priority. Statements like this are the liberal way of expressing concern on important issues while doing nothing to deal with them.
