Given that this is a minority gov't, probably in less than two years. Or, more specifically, soon after the Liberals elect a new leader for their party.

#9 as info, the Canadians sent troops into Afgan under the Liberals, and have kept them there. This is well and good, but its not a change in policy, AFAIK.
