#1 Ghulam Sarwar had killed 12 call girls of Lahore. He was earlier arrested for the murder of call girls and was released from jail last year...... Investigators were still questioning the killer to find out why he targeted the minister.

Completely understandable. Sarwar obviously mistook a politician for a whore.
