#1 Sounds like the Somali Islamofascists are trying to use the same tactics against the Ethiopians there as against the Americans elsewhere - make sure civilians get killed (hide among them, or even shoot them yourselves) and then blame the 'invaders' for their deaths. Makes sense - it seems to have worked everywhere else it's been tried.
