#2 I find it curious it took almost a month to release this information. Did it take that long to get the DNA analysis back for ID? Or did it take that long for him to succumb to injuries (during/following extended 'discussions' with various parties)? I suspect Maliki could have found some people who were interested in talking to him about the Sadr City bombings.

#3 A month is about right. DNA tests take a little longer than you see them take on CSI. And, two people, one car, sorting out the parts by owner would be a chore. A pleasant one, but a chore none the less.
