#3 How much money is India spending on its defense budget? New SSNs, new helicopters, new top of the line Russian tanks, new carriers, new ballistic missiles and ABM systems and possibly developing a fifth generation fighter again with the Russians. Between India and the United States will rest the security of the free world. Stick a fork in the Europe - even the British - they are done.
