#2 We need to station a half-dozen AC-130s in Djibouti, and fly missions over Somalia, based on actionable intelligence. Any time the "holy men" raise their heads, they need to be greeted by a fountain of fire from above.

Might try that in Puntland where the pirates operate, too.
