#2 Nah, just someone's stiffing the Egyptians on the payments, or a higher-up Paleo is taking extra money for himself and screwing the lower guys.

#3 I think the Egyptians got a bit nervous after that recent (not so) minor Paleo invasion. That and they may not appreciate those recent munitions caches that they found that were to be directed at them.

#4 I think the Egyptian border police and military are trending anti-Gazan, anti-Hamas because of the issues tipover noted.

The general population, especially in the big cities in the Nile Valley is still pro Gazan/ Hamas.

#5 There was some comment about much of the money being used to pay for the goods bought when the Gazans invaded Al Arish was counterfeit. I doubt they're in very good odor there, either. The Gazans sure know how to win friends and influence people, don't they?
