Does anyone else get the feeling we are funding the same enemy in Pakistan that we are fighting in Afghanistan?

Today the Pakistani Taliban have their own agenda carving out a Sharia state in north-western Pakistan where all the various extremist forces can live and train in security. Controlling Swat is vital for this purpose because of its key geographical location that opens up into valleys abutting both Afghanistan and Indian Kashmir and its excellent communications and infrastructure.
