#1 So which mullah offered this reward?
He should be visited by a black chopper on a dark night...

#2 After posting this someone informed me that his pastor is Dan Yeary. Islamists are so stupid...

#3 We can hope the incoherence is due to translation error. Otherwise it's about the most stupidly inane announcement I've ever read.

Does Pastor Parsley get Secret Service guardians now, or FBI?

#4 I've seen lots of stuff translated from Arabic that doesn't make sense. I occasionally think that native Arabic speakers think in nonsense.

#5 Arabic seems to be a very dialectal, archaic and regionally fragmented tongue IIUC, and on top of that, and I base this purely on the correct english translations I've seen from sources like Memri, it seems very "flowery" and emphatic. Or, possibly, this is just due to the usual bluster and hyperbole from muslim Pious Men or Ferocious Insurgents? Reminds me of that old and now unPC joke about how one arab is named Abu Zayd ‘Abd ar-Rahmân Ibn Muhammad Ibn Khâlid al-Hadramî, all this to say that his father and grandfather were goat-hoarders...

#6 No, not the FBI, they're still busy looking for Patty Hearst.

#7 I'm conflicted on this, he needs whacking, but we should do our own dirty work.

Whatever?

#8 My apologies, I misread this to read "Obama's spiritual advisor, not Mc Cain's.

Obama's adviser, whack 'em.
Mc Cain's advisor, don't know him.
