#3 Seems to me that Eyl should become Ex. A thousand or so iron bombs would do the trick. Then send a message to every other village and port in Somalia that the same thing will happen if there's even ONE MORE pirate attack. Then follow through when there IS a "next time", because muslimbs are incapable of understanding anything but that fairy tale they believe in.
