#10 We discussed the NORKS and bailing out a murderous regime for years, ever since the start of Rantburg. To me, this shows the moral bankruptcy of the executive, especially State. This goes against everything the US stands for. If it was not for US aid, along with others, the NORK regime would be in the dustbin of history, and the world could come to the aid of the North Korean people. Now, we have succeeded in propping up a murderous, inhumane regime at the expense of the people.

Way to go, govt a$$holes. And thank you, Christopher Hill, for your great work in propping up a regime that goes against every principle we hold dear here in the US.

Care to elaborate, Fred? I've always been under the impression that the Norks, while not as directly involved in terrrorism support as the Iranians et al, provide important technical services in furtherance of terrorist groups' and sponsors' longer term plans.

#17 I posted a few days ago about how we were selling 1/2 our weapons stockpile in SKor to the SKors in return for them helping us move the other half to ships.

Why would our troops sit in South Korea with no ammo? Ergo we are leaving soon.
