#1 The last four paragraphs appear to explain the non-payment of income taxes. Gaining approval for a "home equity loan" of nearly 93% of inital sale prive (purchased only one year previously) is a pretty good trick I'd say. This fellow should be able to get us out of debt in two or three months!

#2 This guy is the epitome of why people get in trouble. His extreme leveraging of finances for the 1.6 million house with variable rates etc etc, is an example of why we as a nation are in such fiscal trouble.

So if you want to send the right message, give him a thumbs down for treasury secretary.

but if you want to see this kind of smoke and mirrors financing, then you have the right guy. He WILL be a team player.
