#4 I think what's happening here is that one group of Predators are being used by both the Pakistani and US Military. There's another set of Predators that the Pakistanis may not even know exists that is ALSO flying over the area. A drone is a drone is a drone, especially at 30K. We may be watching as the Pakistanis pick a target, the Taliban flee, and WE hit the area they fled TO, while the Pakistanis hit the area they fled FROM. What the Paks don't know will definitely hurt the Taliban.

#5 The problem is that we don't know which Pak military are really Taliban or Taliban sympathizers. They're going to get to learn every thing about how we operate these systems, including how we interact with legal. A bad move.
