#3 Let's not jump to conclusions here. Just because a ship has suspicious deviations from its scheduled route, a phony manifest and contraband hidden in secret holds under tons of sugar doesn't necessarily mean they are up to no good.

#5 India is quite sensitive about the Andamans. Many islands are off limits because they are the home of stone age tribes. Other islands have sensitive military ELINT installations. There are Su-30 Flankers stationed at one base there with rumors of submarine basing facilities and nuclear weapons.

The Intelligence Bureau is going to tear that ship apart.
