Remember when President Obama, during his Joint Session of Congress on Health Care, saidI will not sign it if it [Health Care Reform bill] adds one dime to the deficit, now or in the future, period. He then went on to sayAnd to prove that I'm serious, there will be a provision in this plan that requires us to come forward with more spending cuts if the savings we promised don't materialize.
And remember, right after that, when we all said...Yeah Riiight!
