#4 UPDATE: Apparently Jaafari survived. He is quoted by an Iranian news agency, as per the New York Times. He blames US and Britain for the bombing. If he is indeed alive, this would be the second assassination attempt he has survived in recent months.

Jaafari has the direct number to the NY Slimes?

#5 The article was interesting--a little covert action inside Iran caught them by surprise. I've always thought OBL was on that side of the border in Baluchistan but with access to the coast, btw, separated from Screech for obvious reasons. Maybe some new leads will come in.
