#2 North Dakota - The last time they voted for a Dem for President was in 1964, and the time before that, in 1936. Conrad's been skating by in ND, but can't hide from a remark like this... ND Presidential vote in 100 years : GOP 21 Dem 4. His senate seat might FINALLY be in jeopardy if the GOP can find someone decent.

#3  "if people don't believe in our system, maybe they ought to go somewhere else."

One set of rules for me, another set of rules for thee.

It's 1859 and they don't know what time it is.

Our system is the Constitution that you have the problem with Senator. It provides for separate laws, civilian and military. For over two hundred years the military system as seen a both functional and adequate to deal with enemy combatants. Enough so, that when SCOTUS wanted a change to the process a couple years back, Congress provided the changes with incredible swiftness that retained the process in the military side of the house. So maybe everyone in Congress needs to go somewhere else.

#4 "if people don't believe in our system, maybe they ought to go somewhere else."

That's the problem: it's our - meaning, your - system, not the actual system we're all used to. How is this clown from a respectable state like North Dakota.

Oh, hold on: I'm from Nevada. I can answer this question myself.
